What’s your Exchange Policy?

We will exchange any item(s) up to 7 days as long as you have the receipt and the tags still attached.

In a hurry?  We can put the amount on a gift card to be used later.

Do you need an appointment to sell?

No. We process orders on a first-come first-serve basis. The 3 container limit helps this process go faster.

Do I have to wait in the store while you look through my items?

Although we do not insist you stay in the store, we appreciate, if you do!

      It only takes us 30 minutes or less to process the average order.

      Keep in mind, you won’t have to come back and it keeps our process moving faster.

What brands do you take?

We take a wide variety of brands but do avoid a few.  We suggest you bring in all your items and let us evaluate them.

How late can I bring things in to be looked at?

We buy items anytime we are open.  However, we do appreciate it if you come in at least 30 minutes

      before we close so we have time to properly process your order.

Can I come back tomorrow to get my things and offer?

We are unable to hold orders overnight! 

      If you do leave the store we ask that you come back within the hour.

Do you carry maternity?

Yes, we buy, sell & trade maternity clothing and accessories too.

Do you buy cribs, play pens, car seats, strollers and toys?

We do not purchase furniture like cribs and changing tables, breast pumps, mattresses or helmets.

However we do take smaller equipment and toys. 

Do you take stuffed animals

No we don’t. We take lots of toys but do not take stuffed animals.

Do you buy children’s books

We purchase some hardbound books.  We are careful not to keep too many in stock

Do I have to wash my clothing before I bring them to sell?

We ask that you bring in items that are freshly laundered, preferably off the hangers, folded

      and in bags, boxes or bins.

Is there a limit of how much I can bring in to sell at one time?

We don’t necessarily have a limit on items but we do limit each order to 3 containers per visit.

      You can bring them in bags, boxes, laundry totes.  We just asked that you bring your items in a container.

Do you buy swim suits?

Yes, we do!

What seasons are you taking?

We are only able to take current season items. You can check our “ What We Need” story highlight

      on Instagram, Facebook and our Website to see what times we are currently accepting.

What sizes do you buy?

We currently buy up from Preemies up to size 12 youth and are very careful on sizes 14 through 20 as these

       ages tend to start shopping at My Best Friend’s Closet for Teen sizes.

What items are you currently looking for?

The items we need vary from week to week.

Can you donate the items you are unable to buy from me?

At this time, we prefer that you take those items to a drop off location of your choice. We are happy

      to tell you where the closest donation site is.

Do you take costumes?

Yes.
